JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who can step into the role as the Functions & Events Operations Co ordinator reporting to the Marketing & Functions Manager.

Your role will be a combination of running and executing all Functions & Events for the business prodominetly Fridays to Sundays, Taking and managing phone and internet Reservations in addition to Group bookings enquiries so experience in Booking systems is a must. Customer liasing, meet and greet of customers during peak services.

This role is also encompassed as a hand on role in venue assisting in bars, running of the functions and events so a sound knowledge in bar operations is essential. The role is geared to nights and Weekends with a strong emphasis in the executions of Functions and Group bookings on Fridays and Saturday nights and Sunday days

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

All candidates msut have an RSA and ideally 2 years experienced in Hospitality or a simular role. Qualifications not essential but will go a long way in the selection process in Marketing and Events.
