Job seekers complete their RSA and hands-on front-of-house training including 3-plate carry, explaining menus and specials, professional customer service, and working confidently in a simulated restaurant environment.

Candidates are sourced directly from the job seeker market and may be eligible for hiring subsidies of up to $10,000 per person over the first six months of employment, helping reduce your onboarding and wage costs.
