Barbie Movie Premiere

If you haven't heard about the 2023 Barbie movie, you verifiably live under a rock at this point! The trailer shows us Barbie living it up in her Barbie Dream House with her pink convertible, with an eternally sunny life of beach fun and choreographed disco parties, until she gets a little existential, poor girl.

Barbie will be released internationally on July 21, 2023. However, it may hit Australian screens slightly early, with Hoyts currently advertising a July 20 release date and advanced screenings on the 19th. It is not yet known which streaming service it will land on once the film has received its full cinematic due.

The hype is real with this one and you're definitely going to need to lock in your tickets asap. Check your local cinema's show times and rally your friends together.
