This Melbourne Food & Wine Festival join Ging Thai’s Chef On Saengyojanr as she guides guests through a culinary tour of Thai flavours in an intimate cooking experience.

Growing up in Thailand and quickly becoming one of the most competitive Thai Chefs in the Melbourne food landscape, Chef On will teach you about authentic Thai ingredients and share her traditional recipes and cooking tips as she prepares a banquet-style feast.

As you refresh over a handmade cocktail or mocktail infused with Thai ingredients, you will be able to interact and learn from Chef On as she cooks up vibrant dishes such as Thai spicy pork with mixed herb salad and crunchy rice as well as her mother’s own green curry chicken recipe and so much more. You will also leave this one-of-a-kind culinary experience with a complimentary gift bag, helping you to re-create authentic Thai flavours at home.

$195pp includes a handmade cocktail or mocktail, beer, wine and soft drink.
