We’ve partnered with Melbourne’s original gin festival Juniperlooza and created a unique gin experience, not to be missed!
Gin High Tea is here to prove that gin is not only for the summer months with carefully curated tea infused cocktails. Pilgrim have ensured that this experience can be enjoyed with any weather forecast in their newly enclosed winter escape.
What you need to know
$65 per person, minimum 2 people
Friday to Sunday from 12pm – last sitting at 6pm
2-hour session
4 x tea inspired gin cocktails
Sweet and savoury delights:
Mini chicken croissant, Pear, basil, mustard mayo
Pork & fennel sausage roll, bush chutney
Wild mushroom toastie, four cheese, garlic butter, house pickle
Prawn toast, lemon myrtle aioli, sea spray
Frangipane tart, gin poached quince, rhubarb
Choux craquelin, salted praline cream
Tonic scone, Strawberry & hibiscus preserve, Yarra Valley pure cream
Bottomless sparkling wine and tea
We can cater to dietaries including non-alcoholic gin.
