Locals Weekend with Robe Hotel

Historic seaside pub, Robe Hotel, has unveiled the final stages of its major renovation featuring a refreshed beer garden, revamped bistro, and updated sports bar. With a nod to its rich history that dates to 1847, the spaces provide the ultimate South Australian seaside dining experience for locals and tourists alike. To celebrate, Robe Hotel will host a Locals Weekend from 3rd-5th May.

• Saturday 4th May: Happy hour with free snacks 3-4pm
• Sunday 5th May: Kids eat free with any main meal purchased and $29 Sunday Roast available all day 

 
Venue Manager and Robe local David Murch says the team is excited for what’s to come. “This revamp has been a long time coming and we know our community will love it just as much as we do! We’re throwing a Locals Weekend to welcome everyone back; it’ll be the perfect way for our patrons to see what’s new and break-in the revamp.” 
 
The newly refurbished bistro nods to the pub’s long-established heritage paired with modern finishes. The space now offers an upgraded bar, new carpet, booth seating and new furniture. Australian artist, Pippa Scheepers of George & Gina, has brought the Limestone Coast to the walls of the hotel’s sunroom with a triptych art piece depicting; air, land and sea represent the local flora and fauna.
 
Paired with a new permanent outdoor bar and casual picnic style tables, the already popular beer garden will continue to be a hub for group catch-ups, coast-side dining, family fun and entertainment with a weekly lineup of live music during peak seasons.
 
The traditional pub menu features a fresh and local offering, including Crab Spaghetti, Limestone Coast Lamb Rump, Chicken Schnitzel, a selection of burgers and more. The weekly specials have also been hand-picked to suit Robe’s community such as,
