Executive Chef Tom Gorringe has curated a seven-course tasting menu inspired by the beginning of the Lunar New Year, honouring traditional flavours with an Aria twist.
The limited-editions menu showcases prestige ingredients to match the ridiculously good views of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge for just $300 per person. Think Peking duck consommé with abalone and shiitake, Tasmanian lobster with handmade noodles and XO sauce, and red braised wagyu short rib with oxtail.
