The Butler will be transformed into a Springtime oasis with new cocktails and dessert specials for the entire month, as they celebrate the months getting warmer, the trees getting greener and flowers coming to bloom!
It’s a time to slow down, put on your Spring best and enjoy a long leisurely meal with a cocktail or two as you take in the panoramic views of Sydney’s iconic city skyline from The Butler's Terrace.
Sustainable practices and minimising waste were at the forefront of The Butler’s mind when creating this special months menu. They have teamed up with RAFI North Sydney for a sustainable cocktail collaboration, while their Head Chef has created a mouth-watering dessert using ingredients provided by the Wayside Chapel in return for donating their own produce. How fantastic!
