Mum will be welcomed with a Momo Spritz on arrival, before the table enjoys a selection of vibrant, flavor-packed dishes. Start with edamame and watermelon sashimi before diving into spicy tuna tacos, duck wontons with XO vinaigrette, and shishito peppers with king brown mushrooms. Mains include koji-roasted spatchcock with miso soy jus and crispy eggplant with teriyaki caramel. With a DJ spinning vinyl throughout the day, plus a kids’ menu available for purchase, it's set to be a relaxed and memorable celebration.
The menu blends bold flavors with fresh, seasonal ingredients, finishing on a sweet note with yuzu yoghurt, strawberry ice cream, and pistachio and matcha truffles.
