A dry stout transformed to a sweet stout through careful technique of back blending, utilising non-traditional methods to showcase a delicate chocolate flavour complimented by a subtle warmth from the brandy.
We delicately blended artisanal ingredients, Pana Chocolate’s Raw Cacao and premium brandy. Both were added late in the brewing process to produce a smooth, velvety stout with distinct chocolate undertones.
