The Mardi Gras Parade may look a little different this year, being held back at the SCG, but you can be sure that the spirit of Mardi Gras will kick on! Merivale have been gearing up to celebrate Sydney Mardi Gras with you again. In partnership with Absolut, Merivale has a range of events planned and, just quietly, we think Mardi Gras 2022 will be better than ever. I don’t know about you, but we can’t wait to party!

ivy Precinct
This year’s Mardi Gras line-up at ivy is huger than huge! From POOF DOOF to Pool Club, it’s going to be the biggest year yet!

The Beresford
No venue does Mardi Gras quite like the Bero. From dog shows and drag queen brunches, to a parade screening and Laneway, this is the place to celebrate with your chosen family and friends. 

The Paddington
Parade Day at Paddo is quite the package. For $89 you’ll get a banquet brunch, a cocktail, DJ’s, drag queens AND a ticket to the actual parade. 

Vic on the Park
Get ready for ‘Vic on the PardiGras’ as they throw a parade-day party. With live broadcasts of the parade, queer bands, go-go dancers, DJ’s and more! From 2pm-late with free entry. 

Coogee Pavilion
POOF DOFF’s Drag Brunch is returning to Coogee Rooftop, plus a camp twist on love music Sundays and a limited-edition cocktail, makes for fruity, rainbow-coloured fun! 

And of course don’t miss out on the Official Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade, returning to the Sydney Cricket Ground. This year is going to be bigger and better than ever!
