Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  2. Entry Period:

    • The competition begins on 22nd March 2024 and ends on 8th May 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST.

  3. How to Enter:

    • To enter, participants must create a short video (30-60 seconds) showcasing their interpretation of "Unlocking the Easy Way" to get free stuff with Paylab.
    • Participants must upload their video to their public TikTok or Instagram account using the hashtag #PaylabAdventure and tag @barcats_community and @paylab_au.
    • Each participant may submit only one entry.

  4. Prizes:

    • Winner of the competition as determined by Barcats and Paylab, will receive a $300 gift voucher to be used on the Paylab app. In addition, the creator of the video will be offered the opportunity for a marketing internship with Paylab, with the potential for a full-time role.
    • The Runner-up will receive a $100 gift voucher to be used on the Paylab app.

  5. Winner Selection:

    • Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme of the competition.
    • Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered on 22nd May 2024.
    • If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 days of the initial notification, another winner may be selected.

  6. Rights and Permissions:

    • By entering the competition, participants grant Barcats and Paylab the right to share, reproduce, and distribute their submitted videos for promotional purposes.
    • Participants retain ownership of their videos and may continue to share them on their personal social media accounts.

  7. Liability Waiver:

    • Barcats and Paylab are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur during the entry process.
    • Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Barcats, Paylab, and their respective affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of their participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.

  8. General Conditions:

    • Barcats and Paylab reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.
    • Barcats and Paylab reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for any reason.
    • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
