Endless Summer | Beer Cocktail

Sandy beaches, salty air, the sound of crashing waves in the distance.. Ahhh SUMMER. If only it could last all year!

Well, as a matter of fact, we like to think it CAN! Yep, that’s right. We like to imagine life with an endless summer. Lucky for us, there’s a cocktail that gets us to that sand-between-your-toes feeling right away! 

Inspired by Byron Bay & Summer Bright Lager, the Endless Summer is a crisp citrus cocktail with a tropical twist! 

Here’s what you’ll need! 

150mls Summer Bright Lager

30mls Vodka

1/2 Lime juiced

60mls Coconut Water

15mls Agave Nectar

Here’s what you’ll do!

1.Squeeze the lime into a highball glass.

2.Add Vodka, coconut water and agave nectar and fill all the way to the top with ice.

3.Add Summer Bright Lager, stir and garnish *Voila* 

Serve in a highball glass, garnish with a lime husk, and maybe even put on a pair of thongs! Cheers and enjoy your endless summer!
