Make It World Class Series | Diageo

Make It World Class Series | Diageo

We have found your dream job! Unfortunately, it's already taken. Sorry.

It's not every day you get offered a job to go around the world, taste cocktails and meet people for six weeks. Epic is an understatement! Two months. Five Countries. The world’s best bartenders. The ultimate drinks list. Follow Carey Watkins as he explores each city – stepping off the well-trodden tourist path and getting to know the places the locals recommended – guided by World Class Bartenders.

With the first episode set in Sydney,  offering an insight into being a Sydneysider and everything that encompasses from fresh food, crisp drinks and outdoor delights. With World Class bartender Tim Philips (owner of Dead Ringer and Bulletin Place) as a guide, you know you're in for a treat. There is an overwhelming amount of options when it comes to eating and drinking, sometimes an expert guide is what you need to cut through the noise and find those Sydney gems.

The first episode provides a look into the dedication and passion of the characters behind some of Sydney's most well-known establishments including Three Blue Ducks, The Dead Ringer and This Must Be the Place. The quest for fine drinking and great food coupled with the captivating idea of drinking less but drinking better will have you hooked in the first minutes.

We don't want to give away the best bits but expect to experience some serious Sydney summer cravings and if you're anything like us you are reevaluating your life and plotting steps to nab yourself a job like this!

For those looking to re-create the oh so fresh looking Dutch Mule made with Ketel One Vodka we have included the recipe below. So mix yourself a drink, sit back and enjoy the captivating series that is First Class List.
