What You'll Need:
50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
375g Crumbly Cake
75g Butter
150g Icing Sugar
250g White Chocolate, Melted
Lollypop Sticks & Sprinkles
Recipe:
1. Crumble the cake until it resembles breadcrumbs. Pour over the Baileys Original Irish Cream and leave to soak.
2. Make buttercream by beating butter with icing sugar until light and fluffy. Sitre buttercream through cake crumbs and roll into balls.
3. Push a lollypop stick into each ball and set in the fridge for at least an hour.
4. Dip each pop into the melted chocolate and top with sprinkles.
6. Set aside to dry
