An Easter bunny will be roaming Fratelli Fresh Crows Nest, Darling Harbour, Miranda and the newly opened Fratelli Fresh Manly on Sunday.
Fratelli Fresh is also introducing two feasts to celebrate the holiday. The Easter Sunday Roast is available across all restaurants with the four-course menu including an antipasti board with a selection of cured meats and cheeses, roast lamb shoulder with oven-roasted broccolini and cauliflower, and a choice of dessert or gelato to finish ($80 for two people and $20 for each child under 12). An optional two hours of unlimited Aperol spritzes, house wines and beers is available as an add-on ($29pp). A six-course Seafood Long Lunch, exclusive to Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour, is available on Easter Sunday and includes Sydney Rock oysters, Kingfish crudo, gratinated scallops, spaghetti vongole, oven-baked salmon and a choice of gelato or dessert alongside two hours of unlimited drinks ($99pp).
Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour is undergoing an Easter inspired makeover on Wednesday, 1 April. The Italian dining emporium is erecting a 3.2-meter tall Easter egg compiled of chocolate eggs to mark the start of the celebrations. Children can expect all-day face painting and egg decorating alongside ‘Sydney’s biggest Easter egg hunt,’ which spans the entirety of Tumbalong park all of Sunday. All activities are complimentary, with a meal purchase.
El Camino Cantina has joined the Easter madness serving XO Patrón with a sugary twist, using Easter eggs in lieu of shot glasses ($10). An exclusive prawn taco and fish taco duo is also available throughout the weekend ($15).
Bar Patrón is introducing a month-long celebration of seafood with five new menu additions. These include Octopus Tostada with octopus, kimchi and karkalla($22); Prawn Aguachile ($24); Smoked Trout Quesadilla with sautéed trout, queso Oaxaca and saltbush ($19); Market Fish Skewer Taco with Valentina kewpie mayonnaise ($19); and Market Fish Al Mojo De Ajo with crispy garlic John Dory ($42).
