The 19-year-old Assistant Restaurant Manager Smashing Her Career

Jasmine Altman has already achieved an incredible amount during her time at Rockpool Dining Group. The 19-year-old Assistant Restaurant Manager started her career with the Group in November 2018, as a casual waitress at The Bavarian Rouse Hill.

Jasmine moved to The Bavarian Penrith in January 2019, where her passion for the hospitality industry flourished. “I love working in this industry,” she says. “It’s never boring, every day is different and there’s so much room for growth.”

In March 2019, Jasmine was promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Penrith restaurant and participated in the Group’s Future General Manager Program, which prepares assistant managers to lead their own restaurant teams.

Thanks to the Group’s culture of promoting and supporting hard-working individuals with leadership potential, Jasmine was offered the opportunity to help open The Bavarian Macarthur, as Assistant Restaurant Manager.J

Jasmine, was born and raised in Penrith, and is thrilled to relocate Mulgoa to be closer to her new place of work.

“The Bavarian is going to bring something incredibly unique to the Macarthur community,” Jasmine says.

“I wasn’t part of the opening team at The Bavarian Rouse Hill, so I’m incredibly excited to experience the launch day buzz.”
