Launching in Brisbane in April 2020, Front Cooking School has been able to enforce Covid safe restrictions and operate face-to-face, practical courses in Certificate III Commercial Cookery (SIT30816)
With term 1 well underway we are looking forward to welcoming our next group of students to study Certificate III Commercial Cookery (SIT30816) starting on 28th September 2020.
The Certificate III Commercial Cookery (SIT30816) consists of 25 Units over a 1-year period. This course is perfect for hospitality workers looking to develop their cookery skills in the kitchen or for those outside the industry looking for a career change. The course also includes 240 hours of Work Based Training which is organised by Front Cooking School in some of Brisbane’s fine dining restaurants and high-end hotels, so that trainees are experienced with real life experience at the end of this course and ready from employment.
