Breakfast Burrito
Giving your same old breakfast an exciting twist (and fold)
PREP - 5 mins COOK - 10 mins
Ingredients
FOR 1 SERVING
2 rashers streaky Bacon, cooked
1 scrambled egg
1 slice tasty cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 tortilla, warmed in microwave for 30 seconds
1 bottle PERi-PERi sauce (your choice)
Method
1. Lay your tortilla flat and add your bacon
2. Then add your egg and cheese.....
3. And add your avo and pour on your PERi-PERi. As little or as much as you want!
4. Fold, hold, enjoy! Too easy!
